How to grant sudo privileges for installing custom applications (which may include rpm packages).

Hi,

I need to give users on a RHEL4 U3 server sudo privileges.
They should be able to install some custom applications (which may include
rpm packages).

How do I go about giving them just these privileges.

Please suggest.
