Couldn't find all physical volumes for volume group appvg.

Hi,

This is a RHEL4 U4 x64 server.

# more /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 4)


We are getting the below error for "vgs" command.
However we are able to access the filesystems created in the volume group
"appvg".

Please suggest.
