licensing problem

Hello ALL,

I am trying to access license for coware from server.
but always i seen a error message like that
"Server could not be reached"
I tried to ping the server and it was pinging.
i think i do some mistake to configure client PC (Linux) for accessing
license.
can any one tell me
the client configuration for accessing license ?

and i just set PATH of license file and two env variables
 LM_LICENCE=<Port number>@<server IP address>
 COWARE_LICENCE=<Port number>@<server IP address>
in bashrc file

can any one tell me where i am wrong ?
or their is more information should give in client side ?
