kernel source for kernel 2.6.9-67.0.15.ELsmp cannnot be found

Hi  , 

I am trying to install Acronis True image Echo server for linux on RHEL
(32 bit i686) running kernel 2.6.9-67.0.15.ELsmp. While trying to
compile snapapi26 I get following errors:

Error! Could not locate snapapi26.ko for module snapapi26 in
 the DKMS tree.
You must run a dkms build for kernel 2.6.9-67.0.15.ELsmp (i6
86) first.
Error! Your kernel source for kernel 2.6.9-67.0.15.ELsmp can
not be found at
/lib/modules/2.6.9-67.0.15.ELsmp/build or /lib/modules/2.6.9
-67.0.15.ELsmp/source.
You can use the --kernelsourcedir option to tell DKMS where 
it's located.
exited with status 1.

I don't see bild or source directory under
/lib/modules/2.6.9-67.0.15.ELsmp/
and /usr/src has only directory named snapapi26-0.7.29

Where do I get kernel source directory from? The machine is part of Red
hat network.

Please help.
