problem in httpd/access_log file

Hello All,
I hav httpd service for accessing web sites.

but during some days i am facing problem to access our local web site.
when i checked the /var/log/httpd/access_log file then i saw these types of
entry.
i am not understanding how can outsider access these web sites through my
web server ?
and how can i stop them ?
