Hello Raj
Add following lines in the end of /etc/profile
 TMOUT = 120
readonly TMOUT
export TMOUT

This will force the user to auto logout after 120 seconds of being idle, 
and also will not allow that user to change TMOUT variable. But remember 
that this affects on all users including ROOT.
