Fedora mailing lists aren't divided by release, as long as the release
is currently supported (not been announced as EOL) then you will be
able to find help. The mailing lists are divided by topic. If you have
a general support question, then fedora-list
(https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list) is where you
should go, just be sure to specify which version of Fedora you are
running if you have a release specific question. If its not a general
user question then there is fedora-devel-list
(https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-devel-list) if your
question pertains to the development of the distribution or packaging
questions, etc.
