How many processors are active in box ?

I have bunch of boxes around with 4 or more processors. If I buy basic
subscription for all of them, since updates are only things that i
need, would it be "legal" in Red Hat-s eyes ? Or I must go with
andvanced subscriptions ? I am still confused with this policy.
