There are several ways to do this, which one is best depends on your situation.

If you don't mind/are able to connect all of your systems via the public internet to RHN this is probably the most convenient method.  https://www.redhat.com/rhn/ is a good place to start if you need details.

Other options include downloading the ISOs from RHN and distributing the updates locally.

Spacewalk might be another option if you want the functionality but can't afford/or aren't willing to invest in a Satellite Server: http://www.redhat.com/spacewalk/.  I haven't used it myself but future versions of Satellite will be derived from it.   Off course this could mean it is more bleeding edge so make sure you check it's stability before using it for a production environment.
