Bonding and Multipathing

We have Bonding and Multpathing setup on a HP Proliant 580 system using 
the e1000g nics.  But were having a problem both will not work at the 
same time.  If we break the bonding the iscsi multipathing
will work.  The disks attach and the multipathing works great.  If we 
have both configured iscsi multpathing doesn't work.  Were not sure 
what's going on.  Any solutions?  Basically we can't have both 
configured at the same time and thats what we want.,
