HBA and WWN

If it's a QLogic HBA you can install a utility called "SANSurfer" which
Tells you all of this information, or

cat /proc/scsi/qla2xxx/n (n = number),

or for WWN information:

# scsi_id -s /block/sda
3600c0ff000d55db28e04d74801000000  <-- WWN
