Wrong on almost all counts. CentOS is from the RHEL base. RedHat 9, as I just
asked, is not Fedora 9; Redhat 9 is five years old, and didn't support yum back
then.

Can I ask why you're running such an old version? I mean, I have one system
running it, but I have reasons, and even that, I'm thinking about upgrading
(it's a router).
