Problems with Cups 1.3.7-8

I have been using RedHat systems for print servers for a long time,  
but the new cups program is not
working for me.

I am unable to get my new RedHat system to share its printers with  
other RedHat systems or with my mac.

The new print server is running 2.6.18-128.1.6.el5 with cups  
1.3.7-8.el5_3.4

The clients are running 2.4.21-58.ELsmp and Mac  OS 10.5.6

I  created the print queues on the new print server using the gui  
printer configuration.  I believe that is system-config-printer.     
The server settings have been set to "Share published printers".  I  
have selinux disabled.  I have iptables set to allow connections on  
port 631.

The printer I have been testing has the following entry in /etc/ 
printcap.  I have tried the Device URI with and without the :9100 port  
on the end.

cupsd.conf  has been edited to contain.   I have tried the connections  
with the two various "Listen" lines

Error messages on the RedHat client:

In the /var/log/cups/error_log on the server, I am only getting  
messages about

/var/log/messages contains

I understand that this is not a problem.  But if it is, how do I fix it.
