Problems getting cups 1.3.7-8 to share printers

I really have to put this print server in place.  I thought that by  
buying RedHat that I would have a system that has been tested and  
works without too much of banging one's head against a wall.  I don't  
have the money to purchase phone in support to RedHat.

I know that the server and client are communicating.  I ran tethereal  
on both of them.

 From the server's side:

selinux and ip2tables are disabled on the server.
