Xen virtual machines and ntp

Hello,

I´m running on the host Xen
Linux hostxen 2.6.18-128.1.6.el5xen #1 SMP Tue Mar 24 12:28:27 EDT 2009
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

and in the xen virtual machine:
Linux mailserver 2.6.18-92.el5 #1 SMP Tue Apr 29 13:16:15 EDT 2008 x86_64
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

one thing, I dont use vmware, are valid the VMWare Best Practices valid for
me?
