MAIL SERVER

Hi all,

             My company got 2 mail id's xyz at silicon.in ,etc  for some
members  abc at silicon.com, etc for othersmembers
          Some mail boxes are hosted by yahoo(xyz at silicon.in and other is
hosted by google(abc at silicon.com).
             when any one  resigned they are deleting important mails from
outlook and from web access,
            now i want a copy of all inbox sent items etc in my company mail
server which i have to setup,

                please suggest me the best solution for me so that mail are
first downloaded from yahoo and google to my local mail server and then to
my users outlook.
