I don't think you'll need to. The only filesystem you need to be
concerned about during the boot process is /boot, and this shouldn't be
LVM because
I believe grub doesn't support LVM, it must a separate partition.

Hi everyone,
lvm filter in lvm.conf was changed to include mpath0. Using RHEL 5.3.
All the filesystems including the OS are under the control of LVM.
After the change should i be creating the initrd image ?
