NTFS File system mounting

I have a file that contains username and password of my users. how do i use (mail )shell script to send out the username and passwords individually to my users? 


example file:

1       user1 at mydomain.com  xjadkyu15
2    user2 at mydomain.com  jka93softr
3    user3 at mydomain.com  zkdf28dfa
...
...
