sendmail configuration

Hi Gef,
Thanks a lot for your inputs.

I made below mentioned changes to the submit.mc and configured submit.cf.

But still the sendmail uses the relay=root at localhost and the stat=queued ,
mailer=esmtp.

yes, I just need to send mails .please let me know if i am missing any other
configurations
