Who are the RHEL/Fedora Thought Leaders?

As a side note, the Fedora committees are community based by volunteers (a
few of which are fortunate enough to have turned it into a full time job,
but community none the less) where as RedHat decisions are made by men and
women who wear slacks to work :-)

My next question would be, what information exactly are you looking for?
