is it possible to set quota to a dir?

Hi,

I have a server with quota enabled and I have set quota to muy users. That´s
ok and works right.

Now I want to set quota to  directories. For example, all of my users have a
tmp dir on theirs homes and I don´t want that directory grows over a size.

How can I control it? because with the standard quota I think I can´t do
it.

is it right?
