best way to make a full backup of a system

WOW! with this tool I can clone anything: "Therefore you can clone
GNU/Linux, MS windows and Intel-based Mac OS, no matter it's 32-bit (x86) or
64-bit (x86-64) OS"

Now I have to try to see if it is true ;-)
