Raj,

The problem is not related to tainted kernel. Oracle Kernel Service (OKS) 
is intentionally proprietary. Oracle has an official explanation for it.

Your problem is due to multipath. Does multipath -v2 show everything OK? 
Does /dev/mapper/ have all the files? You can work with your Oracle DBA 
on this issue.
