Yum Update - Error

I have rhel5 64bit x86 on my server and I tried to 'yum update' to the
latest revision last night and I got errors

I opened a ticket with RH but it takes them 24hrs before (our level of
support), but I need this system

running ASAP so I figure I tap the knowledge here and hopefully I will
get a prompt solution.

Here is the what I get when I do a 'yum update':
