Error on error_log

Hi,

 

I am getting this error and I am not able to run my web server:

[Tue Feb 22 07:46:06 2011] [error] SSL Library Error: -8038 SEC_ERROR_NOT_INITIALIZED

 

Why is this happening?

What is the solution

 

I am not able to run my web server.
