Live upgrade from RHEL 5.7 to RHEL 6.2

Christina,

Good to see another NOAA employee using linux.  Did you try switching
terminals?  hold down ctrl and alt  and then hit F1.  See if you can type
in there with just a console, not any x junk for starters.
