Old release (6.2) install + preventing "yum update"

I thought yum needed to validate the RHN status of the system even when 
the repository is local.

On the long term, I will need the RHN registration anyway because in a 
few months these 6.2 servers will be upgrated to 6.5 and then I will use 
the EUS channel (to keep them in version 6.5).
