Installing condor on RHEL7

Check out 'yum history' to see the transaction.  I did a test install and
it does install the 'condor' package as a dependency, so perhaps you've
already got another package installed that provides the dependency, or you
deleted /etc/condor and forgot.

You could try a 'yum reinstall condor' to force it to install.
