[redhat-lspp] lspp 16 kernel released

Hi,

The lspp.16 kernel has been published to the lspp yum repo at: 
http://people.redhat.com/sgrubb/files/lspp

The changes are:

- Add patch to add subject labels to user space originating events
- Add patch to put subject labels on audit system configuration change events
- Add Dustin's IPC re-work patch

Please let me know if there are any problems with this release.
