[redhat-lspp] lspp.8 kernel released

I installed this on 2 of our pseries lpars and the kernel would not
boot. I suspect kernel config options. I also noticed it was a 32 bit
MSB ELF file. George has already opened a bugreport that we are not able
to build 64 bit kernels.
