RHEL3 UPDATEX - Query

Hi, 
I have got a DL380G4 Box with Smart Array 6i Contoller. The kernel Version "2.4.21-27" has support for Smart Array 6i ( as per the change log )  .. 
1. Can some one tell me which RHEL3's Update has got this (2.4.21-27) Kernel Version.. 
   And Also provide me the url/pointer for it. 

2. Also Can some one tell me how to customuise a single CD with a Minimal RPM utils.. 
   So that I can bundle up in a single CD.
