php4-xslt package???

I'm sorry, I was racing through my mail and thought this was someone in 
another dept.

I've looked for it before and really am confused about it.  We do not 
compile PHP here as we use the one in RHEL4 and half the references say 
to use sabletron and half say to use libxslt.

So I don't know. (yet!)
