Upgrade from 32bit Enterprise WS to 64bit Enterprise WS

We have a standard kickstart setup where I work that only has the 32bit
version of Enterprise WS.  We recently kickstared a system that has a
couple AMD 64bits CPU's.  Is it possible to upgrade that installation
with the 64bit CDs we have or do we need to just scrap what we have and
re-install from scratch with the 64bit CDs.
