Unable to mount NFS share

One thing I've seen a lot of during my searches for a solution is that
mountd was buggy in RHEL 3.  Since I'm just tooling around with this
server and there isn't any vital data on it I simply upgraded to RHEL 4

Thanks for the suggestions though.
