Tuning AS3/4 for low latency multicast traffic

When there is a need to connect your server directly to a network
instead of connecting it to a high capacity router, you may
consider "tweaking" your operating system.Need to gain detailed
characteristics, regarding the traffic payload. Then consult a
network expert about network protocol parameters. Then try to
find a utility like "powertweak"(suselinux), to modify kernel
parameters, avoiding you to recompile your kernel, which is very
restricted with RHEL.
