sadc to sar

A customer asked us for fine grained performance data, so I ran
"/usr/lib/sa/sadc -F -L 10 17280 /tmp/sadc.out" and verified that the
file was updated every 10 seconds. The resulting output file is 37MB.

I then wanted to use sar to convert the sadc file to a sar file, but
I'm having problems doing so. Using "sar -A -i 10 -f /tmp/sadc.out |
head -n 20" returns:

Linux 2.6.16-1.2108_FC4smp (dsrv254.belbone.be) 09/08/2008

instead of the 10 second intervals I was expecting. Does anyone know
how to extract the data in sar format in 10 second intervals?

Kind regards,

Herta
