Options available for nfs debugging RHEL 5.3

Linux is using nfs3 by default.  Forcing to nfs2 is actually automatically
pushing it up to nfs3.
this problem is very strange. Seems like ACL is being enforced for some
reason when ACL is not applied in this case.
