Problem FIXED!!!!

RHN recommends this page to fix the problem
     https://access.redhat.com/solutions/53075
but it was confusing for me, so here are my steps
to fix the problem:

RHN web site
1) Go to the rhn page where it displays a list of your
     systems Entitlements
2) Click on the link to one of your server names
3) Now you are in the information page of that server.
Click on the BIG link on the right side
     "System Properties (Edit These Properties)"
4) On this page now you have to unclick/unselect the check box for
     "Location-Aware Updates [] Supports Location-Aware update access
5) Click on the "Update Properties" button.

On your server
6) Now, on your server's command line type:
     "yum clean all"
7) Again on your server's command line type:
     "yum update"

Update completed!!!

Thanks for all of your help!!!

Néstor

PS
Brian, I did open a ticket CASE 01455760 but it will be closed because
via the chat tool on the RHN site a guy name Inram help me
solve the problem

:-)

OK - thank you for checking on whether this was a known issue or not.
Feel free to include this email in the case details so that the support engineer knows the work we have already done.

Thank you!
