[rhelv6-beta-list] Can Red Hat provide .nosrc.rpm for quickly download?

I am keeping some package branch of RHEL for internal usage.

Every time, RHEL updates something, I have to redownload the whole .src.rpm
to track the changes.

Additionally store multiple SRPM version of the same package is a heavy load
to my storage.

If there is a .nosrc.rpm which contains only .spec and patches, it is more
easy to track the SRPM changes.

Can Red Hat provide .nosrc.rpm for quickly download?
