And please see Bugzilla# 523846 ( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=523846 ) for the reverse problem, and an illustration of how difficult it is to get something as basic as printing working properly across multiple packages and sets of packages.  You will find it educational to trace this one (and the corresponding Ubuntu/Kubuntu and KDE upstream bug ID's) out fully; it took what seemed like forever (since the release of KDE 4.0) to get this more than minor annoyance fixed, primarily because it was in the Qt upstream but that wasn't obvious (to most users, and even to me, a fairly technical user who knows a little about the packaging and tracking packaging dependencies and such) from the symptom.

This one is now fixed; but I still find myself manually changing the paper size, out of habit, in the print dialog for Kmail.
