[rhelv6-list] rebuilt package not showing selected for update

I believe you will have better luck if you replace the dot's with 
underscores -- as

2%{dist}_chevron or 2%{dist}_chevron_1

As the dot's are used to delineate (or have been in RHEL4 and RHEL5 
package names) where rpm should stop looking when doing which is newer 
comparisons.
