Nope, you're not. system-config-samba was never really *that* good,
and it's been dropped. I used to use the heck out of Samba SWAT, but I
had lunch with John Terpstra (http://www.samba.org/~jht/) a few weeks
back and I griped about SWAT not being what it used to be. He
indicated that it  has not gotten much developer love in a long time.
In fact, according to http://www.samba.org/samba/GUI/, the swat demo
page has been offline since 2001.

Having said that, SWAT seems to still work pretty well. Install the
samba-swat RPM, chkconfig swat on, chkconfig xinetd on, restart xinetd
if needed, and connecto to localhost:901 with your browser. There's a
wizard mode if you need it.
