In general, you won't see package versions change during the lifetime of
a major RHEL release, so all RHEL 6.x releases will have vim 7.2.  There
are always exceptions, but they are for major functionality additions
(for markets that Red Hat is trying to target, such as virtualization
and storage) or for packages that are just unsupportable otherwise (such
as Firefox).
