[rhelv6-list] usb 2.0 host devices in kvm?

Does Red Hat EL6 support adding usb 2.0 devices from the host to the
guests in kvm using libvirt?  I have been searching google and have
found lots of hints that libvirt might now finally support usb 2.0 but
no definite information on rhelv6.  I have a USB hasp that I need to
access from a virtual machine and USB 1.0 and 1.1 just don't work for it.

If not from virt-manager directly, can it be done from the command-line?
