[rhelv6-list] binutils-rh773526.patch patching readelf.c.readelf-dynamic~?

Hello,

While trying to setup a cross build tool chain for ARM with the use of
crosstool-ng I bumped into binutils-rh773526.patch patching
readelf.c.readelf-dynamic~.

Can the diff for that file be safely discarded? Or should that content
be in readelf.c?
