Your best bet is to build an rpm of postfix with the version of postfix you
want. Then remove the sendmail mta. Not a lot of sites have 2.10 rpms but
I found source rpms at http://packages.oostergo.net/postfix-2.10/src/ [I
have not looked over them or not but they would be where I would start.]
