[rhelv6-list] cannot update glibc

yum update glibc gives me an error (see trace in attached file)
My  /etc/yum.repos.d:
-rw-r--r--.   1 root root  2150 Feb  9 18:27 elrepo.repo
-rw-r--r--.   1 root root   957 Nov  4  2012 epel.repo
-rw-r--r--.   1 root root  1056 Nov  4  2012 epel-testing.repo
-rw-r--r--.   1 root root    78 Aug  8  2012 redhat.repo
-rw-r--r--.   1 root root   529 Nov  4 09:03 rhel-source.repo
I disabled the repos (by setting enbled to 0) but that did not change anything.

At first glance, the system probably doesn't have the workstation-optional-6 channel enabled to allow the glibc-static package to update. If it does, then the packages aren't syncing appropriately to your satellite.
