[rhn-users] Service sendmail on proxy

I wait somebody  can help me.  
I have RH9 as proxy squid and activated sendmail, all
my users of the proxy navigate in internet but when
trying to downloa / to send  their mail with outlook
express it is not they possible. The proxy is since
the mail server has a domain name valid.  
As I can allow them to use outlook express to download
 and to send mail?
