[rhn-users] Update 4 up2date Issues

	I ran into the same thing. After verifying that I hadn't made
any changes to those file, I finally decided that it was safe to change
this setting to 0 and run up2date again. I am not sure if an
up2date-driven rpm made changes to those files along the 'up2date road'
or not, but it seems that it must have.

/etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date:

noReplaceConfig[comment]=When selected, no packages that would change configuration data are automatically installed
noReplaceConfig=0

	I changed the setting back to 1 to be safe (aftet the up2date).

	I have to guess we'll run into it again at some point.
