[rhn-users] How to force rhncfg?

Make sure you have rhncfg-actions installed on the system.  rhnsd will
pick it up then, or you can manually run /usr/sbin/rhn_check.  up2date
does not really have anything to do w/ the scheduled actions from the
website.
